How to submit an offer?

We invite you to submit your offers via contact form or via e-mail to: zakupy@kaem.pl Our purchasing department reviews all offers regularly, and if interested, the responsible Buyer will contact you for further discussions within 14 business days.

Supplier evaluation questionnaire

We invite you to complete the questionnaire, which will allow us to assess the possibilities of cooperation and assign KAEM supplier status.

Only one answer is possible for each question.
Declarations requiring confirmation (certificates, procedures) must be supported by the indicated attachment; otherwise, 0 points will be awarded for the question.
